Warranty
All of our products carry full manufacturer warranty. The warranty period of 1 year begins on the shipment date. Some manufacturer warranty periods may be longer depending on the manufacturer, so please check with the manufacturer.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We must receive your return with 30 days of the delivery date or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). We will gladly exchange or refund all NEW defective or not as described items. Defective or damaged items can ONLY be exchanged for the same part number. If the same part number or equivalent/upgrade is not available, we will issue you a refund.
All new and sealed items must be returned unopened and in clean, uninstalled condition. New non-defective items that have been installed CANNOT be returned. There is also a strict 20% restocking fee on ALL non-defective return items. If you realize you ordered the wrong part, we will be happy to help you get it exchanged for the correct one without a restocking fee as long as your item remains in its original sealed package. If the item is removed from it's sealed package or if the packaging is lost, damaged, or soiled then a 20% restocking fee will still apply to the exchange or return.
We will also exchange or refund used or refurbished items that do not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with a used or refurbished item we will gladly exchange it or issue you a refund. No restocking fees apply to used items.
Books or Manuals must be returned in it's original sealed shrink wrap. Any manuals removed from its shrink wrap CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
All defective fuel pump, mechanical or electrical and ignition components must be returned to us or the manufacturer for testing/exchange. Returning electrical/ignition components to us first without receiving a manufacturer RA# first will cause long delays in processing. Please call first to receive a RA# and return address before completing your return. Thank you!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
